Our store currency is in $USD; Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted and transacted securely via PayPal and Stripe.

We process orders within 3-5 business days from date of order. All items are handmade and should an order require longer time to fulfill, we will notify you by email.

Sales Tax
US customers are not charged sales tax. Please be mindful that KnittingAround is not responsible for international customs fees, taxes, import duties or any fees associated with collecting these charges at sale, for returns and exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges
We make every effort to provide accurate images of our products, however, please bear in mind that colors may appear differently in translation and from device to device.
We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of your order date providing the items are unused in their original packing, via USPS, with a tracking number. Please contact us with your request to return or exchange your order including your reason; indicate the original order number and a note whether you prefer an exchange or a return. For returns and/or exchanges with an upcost, a small handling charge is deducted from the refund total or added to the exchange total; these amounts will be noted on your refund or exchange notification email. Customers are responsible for return postage, taxes, customs fees, import duties or any other fees related to their home country.
